    ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE

3.  SPECIAL PERMIT USE APPLICATION: Under section 228 (h) to allow a   
     twenty eight point nine (28.9) square foot menu board sign to an existing         
     automobile oriented restaurant on land located at 268 Silver Lane.

4. ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION: Master Plan modification request to  
    construct a 2,045 square foot financial institution building within a   
    previously approved Comprehensive Rehabilitation Zone  (CDR) on 5.26  
    acres of land located at 893- 957 Main Street, & 20 Connecticut Boulevard.
